It's been a few weeks for me.
This barn is located just up the road. I don't know why the back (which is the only side I can photograph it from) has been covered in what looks to be corragated plastic (the windows have been covered up as well), but it's probably to try and protect the wooden siding underneath. Southern facing walls take the brunt of our windy/rainy weather conditions, and it can wreak havoc on wooden siding in particular.
Or perhaps this is just a 'quick fix' until the owners can afford to do the complete job.
At any rate, it's still a great looking barn. Please click on the photos to enlarge.
The picture has two black flecks on it, which I could not figure out until I enlarged the photograph. The 'flecks' are actually birds swooping, probably swallows. lol I was too tired to edit them out.
